Some thoughts in advance

-Art by definition is the application of innate or acquired capabilities in a highly developed manner and the result of that process - which has to be better than average.
-Fine art is enjoyed by a large audience. Hhhm. Fine art depends on your sense of taste, average on society and culture. Both are subject to changes as time goes by. So I think capability has to be the point.
